Day 02: SARAJEVO
After the breakfast, we’ll start the city tour of Sarajevo
Sarajevo is one of the most oriental and culturally diverse cities in Europe, and had spent over 300 years under Turkish rule until the Austro-Hungarians arrived in the late nineteenth century. The empire collapsed 50 years later when Archduke Ferdinand was assassinated here, hastening the outbreak of the First World War. The late twentieth century saw Sarajevo host the Winter Olympics in 1984, and the long siege of the city during the recent conflict. Visit the tunnel of life and enjoy the walking tour of old town, including the Town Hall; Brusa Bezistan (old bazaar); old coppersmiths at work; Orthodox Church; Roman Catholic Cathedral; Latin bridge (the site of assassination of King Ferdinand)
Time for lunch during the tour in one of the local restaurants.

Day 03: SARAJEVO – MOSTAR – SARAJEVO
After the breakfast, we’ll check out of the hotel and depart to Mostar. Enjoy a scenic drive along the Neretva River
Upon arrival, we’ll start the guided city tour, which will include visit of the old town, the Stari Most (Old Bridge); the Karadjoz-Beg Mosque, the Ottoman Residences, the Crooked Bridge, the Tara and Halebija Towers.
Free time for shopping in the old bazar
Drive back to Sarajevo and prepare for dinner (2.30 hrs.)

Day 04: SARAJEVO – BELGRADE
Breakfast at the hotel, check out and depart to Belgrade with stop en route to visit Visegrad
Visegrad – a small town in the eastern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located in the valley of Drina River, over 1000 meters in high. We will dedicate our visit to The Old Stone Bridge, the endowment of Grand Vizier Mehmed Pasha Sokolovic. The main architect of the bridge was Mimar Sinan, the greatest architect of the Ottoman Empire. It was built in 1577 in the oriental style. The Bridge is one of the most important national monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina and has entered the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites in 2007
Continue our journey to Mokra Gora and enjoy time for refreshments (optional)
Mokra Gora is better known for its tourist attractions and breathtaking nature surrounded with valleys and gorges of the White and the Black Rzav and the Kamiška Drvengrad, rather unusual concept… small city built on the top of the hill, consisting of old authentic village houses, small orthodox Church, few streets, cafe, restaurants, and sweet shops. Visiting Mecavnik is definitely something completely different comparing to what you saw so far
We’ll proceed driving to Belgrade, with stops en route for refreshments

Day 05: BELGRADE
Breakfast at the hotel, and start the visit of Kalemegdan Park and Fortress
Kalemegdan is Belgrade’s central park and fortress complex lying on a hill overlooking the Sava and Danube confluence, on the eastern side of the river Sava. This has been the sight of the ancient Roman city of Singidunum, the medieval and Turkish era Belgrade and was converted into a park in the mid-19th century. It is home to several galleries and museums, restaurants, sports courts, and the Belgrade Zoo.
Proceed afterwards to Knez Mihajlova Street
This street is the longest and the most popular pedestrian zone in our capital city, and an ideal place for shopping with where national and foreign fashion brands stand side by side. Asides from being rich in boutiques “KNEZ” and its cross streets are stacked with coffee shops and restaurants, where you can take a break from exhausting, yet successful shopping.
While you are having your walk, you can take a look up high where stand proudly series of beautiful old buildings from 18th, 19th and the beginning of 20th century.

DAY 06: BELGRADE – NOVI SAD – BELGRADE
Today after the breakfast, we’ll have a daily tour to Novi Sad, and visit first of all the Petrovaradin fortress (1h)
We cross to the right side of the Danube cost and go to Petrovaradin Fortress. Founded on the grounds of a medieval edifice, the fortress was built by the Austrians in the 17th and 18th century as pillar of defense against the invasion of the Turks. They call it the “Gibraltar of Danube”, because of its strategic position. Take some wonderful pictures from the fortress
Proceed to Novi Sad
After sightseeing around this beautiful city, you may try an authentic Vojvodina cuisine in a traditional restaurant (optional).
On your way back to Belgrade, make a pause in the biggest Shopping and Outlet Zone in Serbia – Fashion Park Indjija. Purchase gifts for your beloved onces and bring great memories from Serbia for a great value!
Afterwards you will be driven back to your accommodation in Belgrade. (1h)

DAY 07: BELGRADE – River Cruise – BELGRADE
Today we’ll experience a amassing river cruise in Danube!
Embark the boat, relax and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere on board while listening some interesting facts about majestic rivers the Sava and the Danube, their confluence and the most important islands. While passing by the biggest of them – The Great War Island, you will hear about its significance for Belgrade’s history and conservation of flora and fauna. Zemun town with its Millennium (Gardos) tower is also visible from the boat. Zemun is one of Belgrade’s municipalities today, but until the middle of 20th Century, it was a separate town. You will hear about its turbulent history, since it was located on the Austro-Hungarian border. View from the boat to the Belgrade fortress and stunning bridges is also unforgettable! (1.5 hrs.)
