which is a Grand mausoleum built for the emperor by his senior queen,
this is one of the first Mughal Garden Tomb and said to be the
inspiration of The Taj Mahal. The Humayun’s Tomb is a World Heritage
Monument.The Qutub Minar a Historical building which
was built hundreds of years ago which is an excellent example of Afghan
architecture; the Minar is 72.5 Mts. High. and is the tallest
freestanding structure in India.

it was built by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan, a mausoleum in the memory of
his beloved wife Queen Mumtaj Mahal. The special interests here are the
Jilo Khana, the gardens, and the twin tombs of both Shahjehan (The
Empror) and Mumtaj Mahal (The Queen). Proceed for Agra Fort
a fort which is situated on the banks of river Yamuna and within the
city center. Here the places of interest are Moti Maszid, a white
marble mosque Diwan-E-Aam, Diwan-E-Khas, Jehangir’s (A Mughal Emperor)
Palace, Sheesh Mahal and Khaas Mahal.Sikandra –Situated
across Yamuna river, houses the tomb of Mughal Emperor Akbar. An
interesting feature here is that one cannot see all four minarets from
one point as one of them is always behind the tomb.

Fatehpur Sikri – A Fort which was built during thesecond half of the 16th century by the Emperor Akbar, it was the capital
of the Mughal Empire for some time. The complex of monuments and

Tour With a history so old, it is not unexpected that there is a lot of
the past that can be traced in its archaeological history. While many of
the early structures have either disappeared or ruined, those dating
from the 16th century on are in a remarkable state of preservation.visit
Amber Fort.Amer Fort-The Kachchawahas ruled from Amber, 11 km from
Jaipur, for seven centuries. Visit the forts on elephants back. The
experience of visiting the palace will be so good that it cannot be
described. One can ride on the elephant to the former capital of the
royal city. Overlooking Amber Fort are two other fortresses Jaigarh and
Nahargarh.
Proceed to Jaipur’s signature building Hawa Mahal, built in 1799 byMaharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, Hawa Mahal is the most stunning sight in
the city of Jaipur. The palace, part of a huge complex, overlooks one of
Jaipur’s main streets and was originally constructed to offer women of
the court a vantage point, behind stone-carved screens, from which to
watch the activities taking place in the bazaar and the surrounding
streets. This five-story, pyramid-shaped structure is made up of small
casements, each with tiny windows and arched roofs with hanging
cornices, exquisitely modelled and carved.Jantar Mantar, a stone
observatory built by an astronomer king. The City Palace, which was the
principal residence of the former ruling family and is known for its
stunning architecture.
