Taiwanese Traditional Market (3)Taiwanese Traditional Market (3)

Taiwan is a culturally and ethnically diverse country that pursues integration. If you’re a food lover, or just simply want to experience Taiwanese cuisine, join us and you will become Taiwanese for a day by learning and experiencing Taiwanese tradition and culture from the local cuisine.

Meet your tour guide in the morning, and then start on the journey withthe local breakfast. You will be offered to taste 3 breakfast items. It may be a Taiwanese pancake with egg, a pan-fried radish cake, oyster vermicelli or salty congee. Just stay hungry and don’t be afraid to try new foods!

After tasting the local breakfast, you will continue the journey and explore one of Taipei’s oldest open-air markets, where you can check on the fresh ingredients, ready-to-eat foods, and of course, enjoy some samplings and be inspired!

Believe you are getting excited and motivated to be a “Master Chef”. Test and sharpen your cooking skills with the guidance of local chef to make your own lunch from your favorite menu option.
